Intellectual property

The interface, graphic elements and code of the site are the property of Phenixel. Any reproduction or adaptation, even partial, is forbidden without prior written consent.

The library texts (Tehilim, Mishna, Talmud, Tanakh) belong to the common heritage; they come from open sources, notably Sefaria. The chiourim (audio classes) remain the property of their respective authors.

Liability

Petite Jérusalem cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage to the user's equipment when accessing the site, resulting from unsuitable hardware, a bug or an incompatibility.

Terms of use

Acceptance. Access to and use of petite-jerusalem.fr and the app are subject to these terms. By using them, you agree to be bound by them.

Access. The service is free for any user with Internet access. Access costs (hardware, connection) remain the user's responsibility.

Registration. Creating an account is optional and free. The user agrees to provide accurate information.

Use. The user agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable law. In particular, they must not publish unlawful content or content infringing the rights of others (for example in the display name of a shared reading session), use the service commercially without authorization, or attempt unauthorized access to the site's systems.

Personal data. The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes. Phenixel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; changes take effect upon publication.

Governing law. These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
