Petite Jérusalem is a free platform for organising collective learning of Jewish texts. Split a text between several people, reserve your own portions and follow everyone's progress through to the siyum, wherever you are.

What can you do here?

  • Shared readings

    Create a session, pick a text (Talmud / Gemara, Tehillim, Mishnah, Tanakh) and split the portions between the participants.

  • Library

    Read Tehillim, Mishnah, Talmud and Tanakh online, in Hebrew with transliteration.

  • Shiurim

    Listen to Torah classes shared by the community, by rav or by topic.

  • Shabbat times

    Candle lighting and havdalah times for your city, all the zmanim of the day and the Jewish holiday calendar with its dates.

Built for learning together

  • Finish the Shas together: split the masechtot and dapim of the Talmud Bavli through to the siyum haShas.
  • Share Tehillim: split the 150 Psalms for a refuah shelemah, an iluy neshamah or for someone's success.
  • Organise learning in someone's memory, for a hilula or for the success of an event.
  • The weekly parasha, with its text and the times of that Shabbat.
